These terms govern your use of durvich.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

The company

Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Bangladesh law. We deliver only within Bangladesh.

What we sell

Every item we sell is genuine leather. We do not sell PU, bonded leather or synthetic material under the word leather.

Natural variation

Leather is a natural material, so grain, tone and markings vary from piece to piece. Two wallets from the same batch will not be identical, and small variations are not a defect. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the item in your hand. Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 1 cm.

Care and wear

Leather ages. It darkens, softens and picks up a patina with use. This is normal and is not covered as a defect. Damage from water, heat, sharp objects, chemicals, misuse or normal wear is not a manufacturing fault.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order becomes a contract only when we confirm it.

When we may refuse an order

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• The item is out of stock
• A price or description was listed in error
• We cannot verify your address or phone number
• The delivery address is outside our courier network
• We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent, or previous parcels to the same customer were repeatedly refused on delivery

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is made in full.

Returns and exchanges

Your rights to return or exchange an item are set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our content

The Dürvich & Co. name, logo, product photographs and site text belong to us. You may not copy, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your conduct

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place fake orders, or use the site for anything unlawful.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering goods that match their description. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or missed occasions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladesh law.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by things we cannot control, including strikes, hartals, floods, cyclones, transport shutdowns, or courier failures. If a delay becomes long, we will contact you and offer a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of  Bangladesh.
