We need all of this to pack your parcel, hand it to a courier, and reach you if the delivery goes wrong. Without it we cannot complete an order.

What we do not collect

We do not take card or mobile banking credentials on this site. Orders are paid by cash on delivery, so no payment card number, PIN, OTP or bank password is ever entered here or stored by us. Nobody from Dürvich & Co. will ever ask you for an OTP or a PIN.

Why we use it

To process, pack and deliver your order
To contact you about your order, including delivery attempts
To handle exchanges, returns and complaints
To keep sales records for accounting and tax
To send you offers and new arrivals, only if you subscribed
To understand which products and pages people look at, so we can improve the shop
To detect fraudulent or abusive orders

Who we share it with

Courier companies. Your name, address and phone number go to the courier that delivers your parcel, and to no one else. For cash on delivery orders the courier also handles the payment.
Our hosting and website providers. Our site runs on servers operated by [HOSTING PROVIDER]. They store the site data on our behalf.
