Typical timing

• Order confirmed and packed: within [NUMBER] working days
• Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 working days from dispatch
• Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch

When it takes longer

Fridays, Saturdays and government holidays are not working days. Eid weeks, heavy rain and hartals can add a day or two. If your parcel is more than [NUMBER] days past the estimate, message us and we will chase the courier.
